Course Description
Genvoc Skill Academy is delighted to offer this one year professional cookery course aiming to train
more and more youths of our country who desire to become future chefs of the largest industry of the
globe. This course is of one year duration where six months classes are held at the Institute followed by
six months industrial training in a star hotel. Students are also provided with option of Work and Study
where after the classes students are facilitated with part time jobs, outdoor catering events etc..
Students after successful completion of this one year Diploma in cookery can start their Restaurant, Café,
Catering firm etc.
What You Will Learn
The learners would be taught core subjects like Food Prodution, Hygiene and Sanitation, Indian Cusuine, Basic Baking.
Students are also awarded additional Commis Chef Certificate of skill , approved by Government of India<
