Course Description
The Graduate in Hotel Management works in organizations like Star Hotels, Resorts, Cruise Ships, Restaurants, Amusement Parks, Malls and even IT companies. He/She is qualified for manageroical roles in hotel chains, hotels and establishments that provide accommodation and catering services in general.
The Graduate in Hotel Management acquires competence to perform in the following specialties:
- Schedule, direct and supervise specific tasks in organizations that provide hotel services, participating in the establishment of their strategies.
- Provide technical advice from their own field in the organization of hotel services and in all areas related to the sector, with skills and abilities to integrate interdisciplinary teams.
- Organize, execute and supervise the integral management of the hotel company.
- Program, design and execute actions tending to improve the quality of hotel services.
- Advise on the organization of the spaces and the specific equipment of the hotel.

Training & Placement
Students carry out a compulsory period of training in star category hotels (6 months) which can be extended to on job training if performed well. All the students who successfully complete this course would be alloted 100% placement by the Institute.
