Course Description
This one year Diploma in Professional baking is ideal for those who desire to become Bakery or Pastry
Chef within a short span of one year. Course is designed to provide 100% hands on baking skill to the
students followed by six months industrial training in a star hotel kitchen or reputed bakery chains.
Students after successful completion of this one year Diploma in Bakery can start their Pastry Shop,
Corporate Baking and soon.
What You Will Learn
The learners would be taught core subjects like Baking Breads, Cakes, Cookies, Pastries, Dessert, and Entremets,Kitchen Hygiene and Sanitation.Students are also awarded additional Commis Chef Certificate of skill , approved by Government of India<

Training & Placement
After completion of the six months practical and theory classes, learners would be alloted six months industrial exposure in a Hotel, Bakery Chains,Cafe, Resort etc.across India. All the students who successfully complete this course would be alloted 100% placement by the Institute.
